Link it. Approve it. The CRM posts it.
Marvy writes your posts. You approve the calendar once — the CRM does the posting for you, on schedule, through your linked account.
Nothing ever posts without your approval.
Pause everything with one tap. Unlink anytime — no questions, no lock-in.
We never see your password. You sign in on Facebook/Instagram's own screen.

Link your accounts
Linking runs through Marview's own Meta app — you will sign in on Meta's own screen; the CRM never sees your password. Meta's rule: apps can post to Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts only — never to a personal profile. Only have a personal profile? We will help you create a free Page during linking.
Your weekly pack
One campaign, three doors: social for being seen, email for the full story, text as a short teaser with a link. Marvy builds the pack for your market and voice — your calendar is yours; she never gives two agents the same post.

🔑 Broker — publishing switch
…
This switch lives in Firestore config (config/socialDrip) and is flipped by Merlin on Juan's word only — there is no in-app toggle, for agents or in this view. Phase 1 runs dry-run: the publisher stamps approved items “dry-run: would post” and nothing goes out.
🔑 Broker — who opted in
No social profiles yet.
🔑 Broker — scheduled across agents
Nothing scheduled.
🔑 Broker — company campaign
Draft a campaign, approve it yourself, then fan it out: every opted-in agent receives their own personalized variant as a draft pack — they still approve their own copy. Nothing is ever pre-approved for an agent.

📝 Forms
Contracts and disclosures live in your own membership accounts (Florida Realtors / your MLS). Use whichever forms platform you have through your own membership — dotloop, Form Simplicity, or TransactionDesk. Fill and sign them there, then upload the signed PDF under Documents below so this deal's file stays complete.
✍️ Disbursement Authorization
One of the last steps of the deal: the agent submits the Disbursement Authorization Form, the broker reviews the complete file and signs the letter, and the signed letter goes to the title company so the agent is paid at the table. Submit the form at least 48 hours before closing, with the deal file complete.
✅ Checklist
Deadlines follow this deal's key dates — edit the deal to change a date and the open tasks recalculate automatically.
